More parking is needed closer to the tower but overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

I walked in to check out and requested a copy of my invoice and I was told it would be emailed to me. I have not received it yet (36 hours after checking out).

Very clean and comfortable room, with lots of things to do around and in hotel!!

Employees were not very well trained or informed about their services and entertainment areas around the resort. Room was not very clean and resort seemed generally not well kept.

Only complaint is that the food we ordered was lacking quality. Food was dry and luke warm, coffee was cold. The property was nice and clean along with the room.

The front desk manager checked me in and was very professional. He answered all my questions and was very welcoming. The room was clean and inviting.
