The rooms inside were great the staff friendly but the parking area did not seem secure

The receptionist was rude, raised her voice for asking about fees and deposit , tried to cancel the reservation, the deposit is very expensive

Looks clean, needs updating outside, electors and door for the room. Gets stuck

The lady told us our reservation was canceled since they don’t have any its rooms left. This was prepaid…
We left to another hotel.

The room itself was very clean, although it was full of ROACHES!!! The batteries were dead in the TV remote, no washcloths, & no trash liners.

I understand the rates were 4x the price they normally would be, because of a local event. HOWEVER, a working ice machine would have been great, towels in rooms, and unused toiletries would have been a great place to start even for a normal priced stay. The amount of property trash just in the hallways was not acceptable either.
