Roach infested, no cleaning staff in 3 days, will ot return nor recommend. Breakfast only 6-9 am

Not hot water, toilet was broken, room smell mildew, service was bad.

Loved the front desk manager. She was amazing during our stay. We had to evacuate for hurricane Milton and she was completely understandable and friendly.

I stayed one night due to hurricane, got my room around 4:30pm lack of staff, was told two girls cleaning g rooms. The worst is the lady that checked in so rude with people, I called from my car to check if my room was finally ready she answered and told me she was working alone didn’t have time to check if it was. The room was clean but outside nasty garbage all around the hotel.

It was ok for a one night sleep for a quick trip .the bathrooms where not the best condition but it sort of what you get for your buck . There was a small cockroach in my bathroom . I get it happens but not sure if it’s something worth looking into. All and all a decent stay .

Seems like a lot of drug dealers live there. When the front desk tells you to let us know if electricity isn't working when you get to the room, then you really know it's not going to be good.
