My time at this home was very great. This would be my second time at this home and my family and I will indeed continue to stay here.

This is surprising to me that you would rate us a 1. Look at the other reviews. You were here for one night. You chose this location. You were informed almost a week before you arrive (included in your check in details) about the parking. This particular home you chose has space for two cars in the driveway. Does not allow overnight parking in the streets. The house is a beautiful home never have received any complaints. Next time you review someone's business please accurately do so. Rating a 1 because of parking is not fair. You chose the location also which I see you rated low as well. Also you have the check in procedure rated low and I do not understand why. we provided you the arrival information. You called me from the gate not sure how to operate it. Then you called me from the house not knowing how to operate the electronic door panel. I helped you personally get through the gate and house over the phone.

The home was nice, but the surrounding properties did not seem to be the cleanest outside. The pool staff was excellent, but the front office/check in People were unfriendly.

As for the front desk and pool staff , they are employed by the resort itself where as we are the management company for the particular rental you stayed in within the resort. The pool was not heated. Then while we were staying there the fridge broke & we had to move properties. This caused a lot of stress and time spent away from my family while I had to deal with these issues! We had to change places we were staying. We were moved to a different location that was near a highway and extremly loud. We got very little rest and had to biy pur own toliet paper as they did not provide any extras.

Pool heat is an added cost. In this case we are in the process of replacing the pool heater. The fridge stopped working while you were here and I personally moved all of your food to the new place while you were away. We provide only a starter pack of toilet paper. You must supply after that. These situations are not typical though, our other reviews reflect that. Thank you though for taking the time to review your stay.

It was good but they should not advertise on the listing that there is a yard,garden & plunge pool those 3 things did not exist. Also they always ask to keep the A/C 75 or above & that is not cool enough. We kept waking up because it was too hot to sleep. Also we’ve never been asked to start 2 loads of laundry before leaving. I don’t want to think about doing laundry before leaving the house as it’s stressful enough to make sure you have everything & done everything before leaving the house sometimes in the middle of the night to get to the airport & through security. I thought that’s why we’re charged a cleaning fee. I’ve never been asked to do laundry before leaving.

We are happy to see that you enjoyed your stay with us. This is a private pool home, so it does have a pool. It also has a yard. We do ask that you start a load of laundry before you leave but it is NOT required. It just helps the cleaner to get the laundry done on time before the next guest arrival. We do hope you come back to see us again though. Thank you.

The house was very clean and we are difficult to impress. The couches are older and worn, but I wouldn’t expect better in a rental. All rooms were very clean, of which is critical for us.
