Several issues:
1. The front desk always did not have enough service people. There are always long queues.
2. The staff are too busy to serve us. For instance, we asked the front desk to give us a bath mat and it never came.
3. We stayed in a room far from the main elevator, and the elevator at our side was out of service. That was very inconvenient.
4. The shuttle buses to Disney are very limited. They only get to Epcot (then ask you to take transfer buses to other parks), have very limited space (so you need to reserve very early), and only very few time slots.

The hotel is conviniently located close to the highway, major attractions, shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful and the ameneties great. Enjoyed our stay.

First of they don't have a safe in the room, the carpet is stained both in the room and hallway, very dusty. The room was dark, needs better lighting. I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again. 0 star!!!

Our stay was great. Close to many shops and our kids loved the play area located in the centre of the hotel yard.

We got a great deal on the property and although we only stayed 2 nights…we enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was very clean. Quiet. parking was easy and plentiful. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room had a balcony facing the little park…& it was so nice with Christmas lights and decor.
Location is pretty central to everything. We’ll definitely visit again.
