Do current renovations taking place at the hotel we were not informed of, and it provided inconvenience during our stay no rocking chairs on the balconies, no seating area in the suite only had to sit on the bed. Gym closed under renovation to work out had to travel , still the hotel.

It was under renovation but nowhere on their website or Expedia’s website did it say that or else we would have not gone. Because of that, we did not get the one bedroom king room we booked, the room we got had 2 queen beds and no other seating. The bathroom light would not turn off, the phone was disconnected, the outlet they plugged a mini fridge into for us upon request did not work, and there was debris under the armoire. We had a balcony overlooking a “lake” with dead fish floating in it. I hope that once the renovation is complete that return to the standards they once maintained.

Stay here every time I come to Celebration. Beautiful hotel on the lake great surroundings and always a very nice room. Highly recommend this location!

Property is under construction and dirty.
And also I paid more for a king bed room and I got a room with two beds.

I had the biggest suite offered, it smelled like urine. The room was very tired.
I actually left a day early and still was charged the full amount.
Asked for a wake up call...never happened.
Promised the vehicle would be ready in the morning....never happened.
The staff seemed disinterested in offering any kind of service.
Very disappointing, I have stayed there many times in the past.

We love the Celebration area. The hotel was lovely and the view was amazing!
