In general, the staff were not friendly, the bikes rented in the hotel were unsafe and explained, and I had a major accident and they were inaction. Very disappointing!

The AC did not work properly at our room and we slept 2 hours the first night. Just saw after the first night thst our sheet was not clean and plenty of yellow stains on it which i am not even going to put in to details, but it looked like a couple probably had a good time in those sheets. At breakfast they had people at 2 tables but we still had to wait before getting seated. We like the property but this time they have had a lot of issues.

This is my second visit to this hotel. I like how clean and beautiful it is and its smells amazing everywhere you go. The pool area is also very nice.

Great property, about a 12 minute drive to Disney.
Pool area was great with a pool bar/restaurant that stayed open late. Hotel was clean and always felt safe. Would definitely stay there again.

The restauran, cafeteria and bar was really good , the staff very friendly we love it
