I try to stay at Bluegreen every time of visit Orlando. This is a great place. It’s quiet, staff are nice, and the resort is amazing.

Great for families! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful for our 10 day vacations. They even had fishing poles available to rent for my son to fish in their lake.

Well, we've called for bell service to pick us up a couple times and no one ever showed so we walked anyway, the room is in rough shape as all the furniture is chipped, stained, dirty. We went to change rooms and the room they showed us was literally the same as far as the furniture goes. The shower floor in the master bathroom tiles are so uneven on the floor it hurts your feet to shower. The fire alarm in the front lobby has been in trouble status since we have arrived and it gives off a loud high pitched beep non stop that you can hear from the balcony which makes it unusable. I messaged about that and nothing was done. The construction noise above our room started yesterday (on my birthday) at 800 sounding like someone was hammering the floor above us.
There is only one gluten free option here for food which is pizza that wasn't that great so we have to go out to get anything for my son to eat. The water pressure in the showers are terrible and the washing machine sounds like a cement mixer.
All in all it's a pretty lousy experience here. Also most of the employees we've encountered look miserable or aren't very personable. We just came from Hikton grand vacation seaworld and it was a completely different experience.(much better)
This property got bought by Hilton a few weeks ago and you can tell the employees aren’t happy about. I would Avoid until it’s completely turned over and renovated by Hilton.

We sincerely apologize that your stay was less than perfect, as this is not the level of service we strive to provide for our guests.We have shared your insights with our team on the property and were pleased to know they were able to accommodate you with a complimentary early check-in at 10:30 AM. You are correct that our property is undergoing renovations, specifically Building 5, with interior and exterior work from September 2024 to December 2024. Associated noise is expected daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.We understand that the resort offered you an option to move villas, but we know that moving in the middle of a stay is not ideal for all families, and we regret that the alternative room offered did not meet your expectations. They did issue you a resort credit of 100 to enjoy while on the property, and we are glad they were able to do so.The issues with the shower floor, fire alarm, construction noise, limited gluten-free food options, water pressure, and washing machine are all unacceptable, and we are truly sorry for these shortcomings. We have informed our leadership team to address these issues with the proper departments.Your feedback is invaluable, and we will address these issues to improve our services. Thank you for bringing them to our attention.

It was a first time at resort,was looking for a relaxing time,well my arrival and guest service was the start of my nightmare I had booked online and put a deposit $157 and the $327 was deducted as I arrived then I gave the Front desk rep (A) a credit card for incidentals and a $100 deposit hold.then she tells me it was declined which I new she was wrong because I checked my balance before arrival.then she tried again and she she would be back meanwhile I called the bank and was told that they ran the card 5 times and 1 went thru she kept on telling me it was not showing up and started to raised her voice at me and being disrespectful.told her she should not ran my card so many times it got it block, she needs to concentrate or get more training how to operate system.then I called for a manager Mrs. Channel came out with a pad of printer paper with 5 credit card transactions and was told there was a resort fee $84 and gave her another card she was telling me it was declined, suddenly manager looked at her computer and my 100 deposit appeared in system and I guess for all that hard time she waived fee.when I booked with Expedia Taxes and Resort Fees included.next day my daughter wanted some food when I tried to pay for some chips and soda and encounter same lady and she wanted same card that I used for dep,I had cash or another debit she was screaming and manager came out were texting my info on phones likeI criminal ,My shaver was stolen from my room only my medicine return
