Check in was a mess, they had one staff doing check in on a Saturday. The staff did not explained very well were to go for our room and which floor. We figured it out.

Dirty and the online pictures of property it is not realistic it doesn’t look like the same as the property actually is.

Check in line was a little long. Staff handled it like a champ. He was very friendly and courteous to everyone. Another staff member walked around offering everyone waiting a water.

Customer service was horrible with my key room never get inside embarrassing and bad experience
