The truth is, the room is clean but the beds are súper uncomfortable, the king almost on the floor, I arrived and a part of the apartment, such as the bathrooms, did not have electricity, consequently we bathed with the ice water, then maintenance came and turn off the A / C Because there were voltage problems, the reality is that we slept without air all night I had to open the window, I tried to communicate with the manager but when she saw that the problem could not be solved they did not answer me anymore, I understand things happen but not try to give another solution is very wrong.

Thank you for your feedback. There was an electric outage on that part of town. A transformer was blown and the power company (Duke Energy) worked to fix the issue. There was nothing that we could do as it affected the entire area, not just one unit or one building. If it was a unit issue, we could have easily moved you to the other unit. It's unfortunate that this happened during your stay, but it was beyond our control. We did keep you updated with information when Duke Energy sent us information. The bed is a memory foam mattress and all of our guest rave at how comfortable and amazing it is. I hope you understand that things like this are rare, actually has never happened before. But when the entire part of town has no power because of the electric company, there is much we can do.

it was nice being close to the parks, but there was lack of communication. I already put in my concerns with the place and had no follow up. I am very displeased and did not stay there the second night. I would like to be reimbursed for the terrible service and communication. I would appreciate to be contacted

Great room, property needs updating
Posted 18 Mar 2020 on HotelsThe room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated.
