I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spacious and updated. Thank you so much to Andrew for ensuring that I had a great day and even providing an upgrade when the room I originally booked for was no longer available - his customer service was excellent and one of the main reasons I will be a returning customer. Thank you!

This is my go to hotel when I come to Chicago. Staff is very friendly, breakfast was good. Very comfortable relaxing stay.
