Dear guest, we're available by telephone at anytime (WhatsApp, text message, calls) since 9am to midnight. The cleaning staff is on site since 10am, but you already knew that we don't have a reception...

Maybe in your dreams...
Just one rule in this place: you check in online so you can receive the code to enter.
We've been waiting for you to fill the online check in form until 00.30 (check in time ends at 11pm) then gave up.
You've tried to call us at 2am, but we were obviously out of order.
You've had 2 weeks to follow this simple rule.
You knew that check in time here has a limit but you didn't care, didn't advice, didn't write, nothing.
Next time go to a hotel, you will pay double price and you will have a proper reception.

Good for one night

Lovely stay ! Clean, easy to check in and the room was quite big ! Location is great as it was walking distance to the airport. I definitely recommend this place

The room had not been cleaned, which was a major negative. However, they responded quickly to the complaint and was given another room.

Hello, actually the room you went into was not yours and we were aware it hasn't been cleaned (for Covid regulations we keep an used room empty for 24 hours, then the staff is safely able to clean it).
This has been explained by telephone call or, at least, we thought it has been understood, now we're aware it wasn't.

The property is within walking distance from the airport and the following morning one can easily walk on to Bergamo train station, making it the ideal overnight stop when travelling to and from Bergamo airport.

Posted 29 Jul 2020 on Hotels20-25 min walk to the airport, so good position if you need to fly early in the morning like I did. Very clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price. Recommended.
