Our room was very clean and in great shape. We loved the comfortable bed. Close to the Casino entertainment Center.

Checked in early evening, pleased with the lady at the desk. Room shows age but was clean and tidy, bed comfortable and tv was appropriate size.Good parking is limited, surrounding property that I thought was part of the hotel property (uneven gravel, pot holes, vacant lot?) should be marked to eliminate access as a low clearance vehicle could be damaged. Other than that good experience.

We booked a jetted tub room and paid almost double for it. The jets in the tub were full of black mould. During checkout the front desk clerk was completely unhelpul, unsympathetic and told us very polity with a smile on his face that there is nothing they can do. He hasn't even interested in seeing any photos we took. I will put in here that the night front desk clerk Brandi was the oposite inthat she was extremely nice and helpful but we did not discuss this issue with her.

Breakfast had very limited food, staff was not polite when checking if more food is coming. She said “No” with no explanations.
