Staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were very quick to respond to our inquiries and personal requests. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and it’s beautiful view of the Singapore skyline.

Rooftop bar and pool is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Rooms were clean beds comfortable and views were excellent.

Amazing pool, room size can be limiting for a family of 4-5, location is super and staff really friendly.

The hotel was very nice, beds are comfortable and the Roma are very quiet overnight. The staff was very nice and checked us in at 8:00AM as we had just arrived from a 16 hour flight.

In the heart of everything and only an elevator ride to many modes of transportation. The pool the was highlight! Very quiet and comfortable rooms as well. Will stay again.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and this experience was as good as the first time. The rooms are quiet, a good size and well equipped. The staff are helpful and friendly. We could not extend our stay with a late check out but were free to use the roof top facilities and the lounge areas. Perfect.

JEN Singapore is located on a very convenient area. Attached to a mall, and accessible subway at the basement level. You don't have to go far to do your shopping, travelling, eating. Four levels of food court just below the hotel!!! Makan restaurant in the hotel has a superb breakfast buffet!!!
