Staff very helpful. Answered all questions helped with getting taxis and giving directions. Very good customer service all around. Very good breakfast

The location of the hotel is convenient and staff efficient. We especially love the breakfast that is included with each room. Although parts of the hotel were undergoing repairs, we found they kept noise to a minimum and also we were out in the day anyway. Housekeeping was really good and they emptied the bins on a daily basis. Would recommend and would love to come back!

A great hotel, well lovated. Good clean rooms and very good staff.
Only thing is that the restaurant is too small for the hotel, very busy at breakfast times having to wait for a table

The breakfast is pretty good. It surely is better than Holiday Inn Express breakfast in the USA by far. The breakfast is worth the slightly smaller room. They need to get Fox News on their TV.

Very helpful and lovely service staff. Available all hours and efficient. Room was perfect size, with spacious shower and bed area, and lots of storage considerations. The fridge is very small, holds about 4 regular bottles of water only though (total capacity).
