Very noisy until late (23.30)- not good for kids.
Posted 24 Aug 2016Nice views. Friendly staff. Not much food selection but biggest gripe is the noise from the DJ/entertainer which went on until 23.30.
Not many recliners around the pool.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The fridge could be functional and the food better!
Location: It is fairly isolated.
We arrived on Good Friday. Very few other guests. We were led to a room on the top floor. The room was rather dark and the refrigerator did not work. We sat for dinner, but the Risotto del mara was awful! It was way too salty. The review said there was wifi, but for the most part it did not work. Very disappointed.

Cheap enough for one night....
Posted 27 Sep 2013 on HotelsNeeded a cheap hotel by the coast for one night, if I had booked longer, I would have been very disappointed. Looks nothing like pictures. Rooms are very clean though. This is at most 2 star property, lots of package tourism...Restaurant not worth going too. Breakfast pretty cheap.

Pros: Location and View
Cons: Constant loud music in the communal area
Location: Good area to explore: interesting villages inland, natural park and the Orbatello lagoons and associated island.
Very family orientated with overwhelmingly Italian clientele, mostly families. Fine for a base to explore the area. Food of reasonable standard. Room spacious; fairly basic feel. Quite loud pop music in the afternoon and evening in the pool/bar area which wasn't conducive to reading by the pool or enjoying a quiet evening drink. We were a family of parents and 12-year old girl.

Nice hotel - Friendly Staff

Value for money
Posted 14 Jul 2009Overall this is not a bad hotel/apartment complex. The rooms are clean if slightly tired and the pool is area is well maintained and comfortable and there are regular bus runs down to the nearby sandy beach. The hotel is located a few miles from the nearest town so a car is essential. The nearby 'island' of Argentario is well worth a visit with great eating and sights. Siena and lower Tuscany is an easy drive. This area is mainly used by Italian and German tourists so dont expect any Brit Pubs. One criticism of the hotel is that the restaurant is poor. The breakfast was just OK and there was no lunch available. So dont book half board.

struttura ben curata personale cordiale e professionale dal ragazzo in reception ai baristi in gamba, al proprietario amante dei cani. Pulizia della villetta perfetta e anche della struttura nel suo complesso.
Fate sempre affidamento al ragazzo della reception che vi consiglierà perfettamente dove andare a seconda del vento e del tempo, vi farà conoscere le spiaggia più belle e consigliate per chi ha cani.
unico appunto su una receptionist troppo seria e quasi scocciata, che al
momento del check-in non ci ha dato i gadget per il cane ( tra l'altro super comodo ben pensato per il soggiorno, con ciotolina, croccantini, kong a forma di palla e sacchetti i per i bisogni), ma li abbiamo dovuti chiedere noi perché al check-in successivo al nostro mentre eravamo in reception li aveva consegnati.
Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno gradevole e con bella vista sul mare.

Struttura Datata mobili in formica danneggiati letti con reti scomode bagni anni 70.
Struttura economica rispetto alla zona ma che ha necessità di tantissimi lavori .
