This is a fantastic apartment complex for rental! It is a perfect location if you don’t like crowds and the craziness of a now built up, Aruba! It is clean and safe and roomy! You get so much space for your money. We rented a two bedroom in January and having the kitchen was phenomenal! We ate breakfast and lunch in every day and went out for a beautiful dinner in Aruba! There’s so much room with two bedrooms… Each of us had our own bathroom and a common living area with a big screen TV. This is fantastic. If you’re looking for space and no chaos! The pool was absolutely glorious and we also used the onsite grill to grill shrimp. The owners helped us turn the grill on… They are anlways available to help with anything that you need! There’s also an on-site washer and dryer. They worked fantastic!We were able to rent beach chairs from the hotel and also a car from the hotel. They gave us a great deal on the car and we were able to take our chairs to the different beaches every day. If you want to see Aruba like a local this is the closest you’re gonna get. The staff is fantastic and we’ll get you anything you need! I’ve stayed in many different properties on the island and this was by far my favorite! Just make sure that you get a rental car and you will be fine! You will have a phenomenal vacation without the crowds!!!

The people were amazing and super friendly !!! The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Just be prepared to rent a car or take a cab as it is away from the tourist area. Definitely recommend to stay here if you not interested in staying at resorts !!

The hotel was very nice. Nice people and nice rooms. The pool was also very nice and quiet. But the hotel was a little bit far from the city centre, so it is good to have a car or you have to take a cab.

The place is not luxurious but is comfortable, simple, and clean. It has a nice kitchen with utensils and a full size refrigerator. The people working there were all very nice. I went on business and It was what I needed. I would stay there again.

I spent four days here and was pleasantly surprised with the amenities. The owner and his son, Avinash, were extremely helpful and courteous and always willing to offer any assistance that I needed. The swimming pool was very clean and I really had a great time swimming in it. Although the location was in a residential area it was easy to get a taxi to any of the nearby beaches.

Great location , walking distance to supermarket , restaurants and bars . You will need a taxi to get to the beaches or they provide car rentals .Rooms were clean and spacious. Great wifi signal . Fantastic stay

The property was perfect for people who want to experience Aruba but don't want to stay in the touristy parts of the island. The front desk rents you a car and you can go to a ton of local restaurants surrounding the area and try a variety of cuisines, drive to museums and farms, and sleep without people partying outside. The front desk staff was amazing — accommodating, helpful, and super flexible. The rooms were clean and organized, and the pool was perfect after a long day in the sun.

It was the quietness for me....granted a rental car is best but cab service was very helpful...there was some construction going on but it wasnt major noise at all....some areas are walkable to if you dont mind walking around the neighborhood but overall i had a good stay
