"Excellent resort, great service, we have been here twice now. Beach across the street is very nice and convenient. Great dining options. Only issue was that sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on otherwise no complaints"

The activity center hours are limited and not enough space during high season to accomodate all guests. Bikes are really rusty and not well maintained."

"We took a family trip with 8 years old. We loved the private island and swimming with flamingos. Location of the hotel is amazing. However the side that’s kids friendly needs a remodel. Just felt old specially comparing with Adults only side We had to wait to get our room and when my kids were getting restless and I asked the front desk. He was getting upset and not even looking into my face. He can see my kids are tired and it’s KIDS FRIENDLY side of the hotel. Maybe be little extra kind. "
