"We really enjoyed our stay at JOIA Aruba Iberostar. The resort is brand new and is still experiencing some construction. With this, there was some construction noise that was a bit annoying. The resort was only about 2/3 occupancy, so chairs and cabanas were in abundance. There were only two open restaurants and the service was OK. The location for us was the key. We had access to their beachfront on gorgeous Eagle Beach. The staff associated with providing chairs on the beach were amazing. There were a few restaurants within walking distance that were very good. We took cab rides into the high-rise hotel zone a couple of times and cab fair was only $10 per trip. Our room was very comfortable and completely updated, a bonus with staying in a brand new resort. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this resort again."

"Beautiful resort! awesome oceanfront views from all rooms. The food was amazing with views of ocean! Cocktails on point with so many choices! Staff is super friendly. Only thing I would change is the bed! The mattress was hard as a rock! They need to upgrade them! Ask for 2 bed toppers to add some cushion. "
