Did not have any hot water, they gave us another room water was warm at best, desk person told us the next morning that a bird had blocked the water heater vent, maintenance had cleared it, we had hot water when we left. Things happen.

Great customer service. Ensured everthing in the room was working correctly. Reasonable selection for breakfast (hot and cold items). Close to reataurants too.

The shower door when closed had a opening so the floor got water on it The carpet in bedroom was wet had to wear shoes when walking around The room smelled like Clorox which hurt my throat The air conditioner needs attention
