No management avail on the weekends. Good luck trying to reach them during the week too, all I got was busy signals. Stayed for 2 nights beginning Dec 26th 2024. First night was very late, we slept on arrival after agreeing not to let out bare feet touch the floors. It was nasty. Tables weren't even wiped hair/dust all over the beds. Burn marks on the couch from someone smoking caught me off guard, too. 2nd night (we intentionally stayed out late because we hated the hotel), we got back to find roaches and I literally could not sleep all night I stayed up because I have a toddler. I was disgusted. Come to find out, the family next door to us was changing rooms for the same reason! Unfortunately I didn't have the option of leaving my drunk/knocked out husband with the 2 kids in the room to go complain nor was I able to just pack up and switch rooms. We had to wash any and every thing that we brought into that room before we got home in Massachusetts, inspecting for roaches. Nothing comforting about this experience and not worth the money. If anyone is listening, I'd like a partial refund at minimum. The lady at the front desk twitching away, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive the next morning. She claimed she knew nothing about roaches and shrugged her shoulders at my complaint. "Management is not here." Never even asked me the room number. Crazy how you can give away your money and get completely ignored like a nobody. Hotel knows that they have roaches. Do better!

Is close to NYC and very quiet. Very nice area. Good restaurants. Very friendly staff. Looking forward to stay again on my next visit to NY!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews. However, Oh Boy! Where do I start. We literally just checked out and this is the WORST hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are FILTHY. The carpet has dirt and stains. The bed had dust, the bed rails had old food from previous people plus dirt. We tossed and turned FOR THREE NIGHTS. The bathroom toilet had stains that could’ve been wiped and cleaned. The doors wasn’t wiped down. There were stains on the wall, dirt in the corners. And this was Visible dirt. The children running down the hall didn’t really bother me. I love kids but we saw house keeping however, I didn’t see anything they did because they never even used a vacuum. We were up since 3am wanting to HURRY and Leave this place! I do understand that it cost to upgrade to modern furniture but ATLEAST CLEAN YOUR ROOMS!!! Even the Fridge was dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable eating in the room. The diner up the street is the best thing going. Please check pictures! Posting for my partner and I who stayed 3 days in this HELL HOLE. IT felt like we were trapped in some place that would not release us only because we came on vacation. The staff was ALWAYS nice though. They was out of water. They charge $3 for a small stale bag of chips. And $4 for a straw lemonade juice. It was a RELIEF to get in the Uber and head back. 0/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND!
