Room was comfortable and spacious and conveniently located in centre of town but reception hours limited for check in / out. I received no text about how to access key (these instructions should come via email confirmation). I also tried calling reception on two occasions (once to find out how to get in after hours - 8pm btw - and once to try and extend my stay) but no one answered nor returned my calls. Expensive for what it is.

Loud patrons swearing and carrying on.
Posted 22 Jul 2024 on HotelsThis place has homeless indigenous people which I don’t have an issue with but when you get kept up to 1 am in the morning with them smoking and carrying on it it’s a bit ordinary. I won’t be staying at this motel ever again. Took 3 warnings from manager to settle the homeless guests down.

Smokers near rooms
Posted 18 Mar 2024 on HotelsThere was a designated smoking area, but sum people just smoked in front of their hotel room, fortunately the hotel allowed me to relocate rooms away from the smokers, i was very grateful for that service
