We liked the quiet atmosphere. The history of the Inn is so interesting.
Emma was a wonderful hostess.
Only one thing, we like a bar of soap for bathing and none was provided. Seems like such a little thing, but we have noticed several establishments have stopped providing.

The hosts are so gracious and lovely. The house is also antebellum and authentic which is rarer than you think

Ms. Casey and Mr. Jason have done an amazing job with the grounds and the Estate itself. I was touched and moved by feeling God's grace at Mayhurst Estate!

Great outdoors area for walking or just sitting and enjoying the weather. The history of the house itself (A.P.Hill, Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson slept in the house during the civil war) is amazing and the owner is a very friendly and warm lady.

Posted 20 Nov 2023 on HotelsWhat a beautiful home. Both the interior and exterior are beautiful. This was by far one of the best B&B's my wife and I have stayed at. The host Casey was amazing. What a great cook and host. Could not have asked for a more relaxing and cozy place to spend our 27th wedding anniversary. We will be back!
