Our stay here was a mix of good and ooookay. Lobby looks good from afar but the couches and pillows on the couches were stained and dirty looking. Staff at check in were super nice, we got our warm cookies. The room was nice, we got cleaning services three times during our stay which we were able to organize on check in. We had a fireworks view high floor room which was pretty cool. Could indeed see and hear the fireworks. Some things in the room weren’t the cleanest, curtains were stained the shower didn’t look overly clean. We unfortunately got walked in on twice on our last day by cleaners before our check out time. The hot tub and pool area was nice, the hot tub did breakdown during our stay but they got fixed before we left. Like most hotels they have water bottles for a charge in the hotel room, we did get charged for them even though we didn’t take/drink them, after reaching out via our booking they didn’t want to refund us for that so keep an eye out after you leave for random additional charges.

I will never stay here again. They do not like Expedia. They always have a problem with the booking. They will not help you. You are left with out the room you bought and they do not care at all. They say not our problem then you contact Expedia and find out it is their problem. Terrible unfriendly rude staff hotel. Not worth the price.

Really enjoyed Hotel Fera, wonderful service from the front desk & housekeeping. Nice cocktails & dinner at Peels. Easy walk to shopping at the Orange outlet mall too.

The room I stayed in toilet was broken when I arrived and required maintenance. Also there was a horrible yellow stain on the shower floor. The shower floor also looked dingy in general due to the material being cheap. Would not stay here again.

Great hotel and affordable! Close to everything. We stayed in the 18th floor so the view were amazing! Would definitely stay here again.
