The property and rooms were clean. The staff was good. I had a ‘remodeled’ bathroom. It was definitely a funky room. The furniture, though, was much to be desired. The chest of drawers were broken, the kitchen table and chairs were scraped and stained. There was peeling paint. I think once these are fixed, it would be a nice. The front desk person was kind enough to check on me when I unfortunately got sick. I would stay again if things in the room were fixed up.

I was expecting just a regular room but when i checked in the lady up front gave me a room better than my expectations.

I didn’t expect a five star service but the poor costumer was absolutely unnecessary. For future reference it would be helpful to know if the hotel will be charging for other things when you arrive.

Dear Guest, It is our hotel policy to have a valid identification card and a valid credit card on file (for incidental purposes) to process the check-in. If guest does not have a credit card, then we will accept 50 cash deposit. These charges are fully refunded at check out if no incidental charges occurs. Please know that the bank usually takes 3-5 business days to process the refund on the credit card. Thank you.
