This is hardly a fair response to someone who apparently forgot that he was sent information regarding how to access Studio 19 in July 2024. Instead he arrived in Orange and Studio 19 and was unable to access the studio at all. They then booked into an alternative address and therefore paid double. In effect it represents a cancellation in my book. He didn't read the information nor brought with him and therefore blamed Apartments on the park for incompetence. Whenever anyone books they receive an email confirming the booking and an outline of how to access the property. This is standard practice. Studio 19 gets excellent reviews of at least 5/5. We must be doing something right!In this situation the booking wasn't cancelled but it remained on our booking sheet preventing others from booking.

Beautiful studio apartment ideally suited to a couple. Clean, nicely styled and well equipped. Great location. Very pleasant stay - would definitely use again.

We loved our stay in Prince St and would love to stay here again. The apartment was perfect for our needs, and Kerry was an amazing host who truly went way beyond to fulfil our needs.
Beds were extremely comfortable, and I recommend this property.

There was no washer/dryer that I had access to in the studio. The wifi didn’t connect and there is no way my car would fit behind the fence to park it, so had to park on the street.
Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

Jess when something doesn't work like the wifi please contact management. Possibly you used upper case and not lower case for the password? The studio does not provide a washer/dryer but Studio 35 does have a laundry. In terms of parking inside most cars can do so. Perhaps your car was too big? The gate though has been damaged through strong winds but the gate does open nonetheless. Delighted that you found it clean and comfortable.
