"Our stay was absolutely amazing! My family and I go to Disney frequently and this is by far one of the best hotels around Disneyland. The coustomer service is incredible and the walk to Disneyland and downtown Disney is perfect. We rented two scooters from certain companies and they dropped it off at the hotel which really helped us out. The hotel had them ready and showed my grandma and aunt how to work them, which was incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back here in the future! "

"The view of the park and courtyard was fatastic! William in the club Westin was great as was all other staff. Took about 15 minutes to walk to disney. Room service was delicious. The needs are comfy but a little soft. "
