Pros: location
Cons: would have liked a snack bar or a small sundries shop
Location: met up with frients
It was an okay experience, other residents were friendly

Pros: location
we had an amazing experience. The room was great - advertised as 2 BR, it was really 3 . We loved the property. It was easy access to floors with 4 elevators and the carts we needed.

Great condo with a view.
Posted 5 Aug 2017Condi was nice and right in the beach. Condo itself was a little dated and some issues but the staff was working on them when we were there.

Nice but busy

Pros: Nice room, balcony, and right on the beach.
Cons: Not to have to pay for parking.
Location: Nice location with plenty of restaurants and shopping.
The condo we had was very nice and clean, but it seamed to be the busiest place on the beach. It had grills, but you had to go buy charcoal for them. Overall it was fun.

Not what expedia advertises!!
Posted 13 Jun 2015Parking is not free as stated in the RSVP , there is no indoor pool at this Phoniex. There is also lots of constructions being done around the outside pool-- which is really relaxing! Our toilet was broken when we arrived and wasn't fixed until the next day.
Great view-- that's it.. I would not stay at this one again.
