First sign you see on front desk has list all starting with NO! not a very welcoming sight. staff not at all helpful.

The breakfast was great. Rooms were on the small side. The staff eas very helpful and friendly.

Clean place to stay with nice view. Room cards never worked and had to get them reissued multiple times. Other guests said they had same issue which is very frustrating and inconvenient. Toilet clogged easily and had to wait over 12 hours to get it fixed. Lots of dogs allowed and could hear them barking all the time.

I liked that property was clean and close proximity to beach. Should advertise on posting guest laundry onsite. It was not mentioned online and we ran into it on the 2nd floor after going to laundrymat.
