No plastic bags for ice, door does not close to the bathroom, bedding soiled,Remote did not work, no sofa Bed, Dimer switch on light does not dim, wifi slow streaming couldn't connect, drapery stained, no working ice machine on floor we were on.

The room we rented from Expedia was not the same room we got at the hotel. It wasn’t a big deal, but the room we got was dirty, loud, and we were not compensated for downgrading. The air conditioning unit was dirty and extremely noisy when turning on or off. The fridge in the room was leaking, we had a puddle of water pooling on the carpet from it. Lastly, the shower leaked out into the main room. We had to place two towels on the floor to stop the water from pooling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But the room we stayed in was dirty and loud. We will not be staying there again.

Issues with tv. Had to change rooms for decent tv. Room had a sour smell. Breakfast was good.

The AC was extremely loud and kept me up most the night. The tv in the bedroom worked half the time. The room door would close all the way unless you pulled it or pushed it all the way closed. Very low water pressure in the shower.

Overall it was a great stay, very convenient area and friendly stuff. The only thing is the breakfast needs a little bit of improvement
