"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. "This property was awesome—The property owner (I assume) was in contact with me and was available for any assistance. We had adequate towels, linen, etc. My daughter left things behind and Dahlia contacted me even before we realized things were left behind, and offered to, actually shipped them/ it back. There were only two things that I did not like: access to even the closest restaurant, and Country Store was worse part as we had to walk the busy Jamaican street and do so without sidewalk. It...

"On site security. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean but they do not provide wash clothes, only towels. Breakfast complementary and delicious. The property only has one pool that is not that big but it is deep. Hotel is walking distance to the town, the clock, and Mahogany Beach. Dunn’s River Falls and Dolphin encounter are also less than 5 minutes away."

Lovely experience

"Very nice quiet place, we booked 2 rooms that our kids can sleep in their our room next to ours. There was plenty restaurants around and shopping broad walks by the beach. We did not tried the beach through it was just 2 steps away from the hotel, we came to do waterfalls activities and we did. Excursion to Dunn’s River was the best! Plus they have a free parking space, because we rented a car to drive around the island we looked for safe place to leave it while we doing excursions."
