"The accommodation was as expected. The problems arose about checking in. To access the property you are sent a keypad code for the main entrance and the unit. The codes did not work. The staff was able to remotely unlock the doors but could not rectify the problem. This meant we could not leave the apartment or we would be locked out. Not the best situation. The staff offered to let us back in remotely if we called back. Not a situation I was comfortable with. "

"Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. Veldig lytt mellom badet og rommet ved siden. Hodeputene var for litt for tykke. Pluss for god liggekomfort i de to enkeltstående sengene. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men vil da heller velge en av de oppussende leilighetene eller selve hotellet (evt en oppusset hytte). "

"There are both good things and bad things about this place. Good! Very convenient place, near by the Hafjell ski resort. good space, good kitchen and a nice sauna. In general apartment was clean and pleasant. Bad! The TV is super old and may be a decades old. Pictures are not that clean and clear. It has only few channels and kids hate it and they are very disappointed, actually. Another bad thing is, we found unwashed pan and few cups in the kitchen cupboards. That gave us a huge doubt to...

"We rented the apartment for some family time in the Norwegian mountains. Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). We would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was great. We’ve stayed in one in Sweden and loved the idea so we booked another with the same company. However, the room didn’t have an oven but did have a stove. There was no oil or anything to cook with so that was one of the first things we had to buy. Everything else was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay! "

"The bathroom lacked a safety rail in the shower, which I consider dangerous because I am over 70 years old. In addition, the electric water heater had a cord which was so short that it could not reach the electrical outlet in the kitchen area. I had to call the desk and ask for an extension cord, in general, there were be no not enough electrical outlets in the room. on the positive side, I thought the room was very beautiful and spacious. "We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious! Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed. Be will definitely come back. "
