Bed was comfortable. Property in bad need of updating. Lobby closed and no coffee makers in the room.

It was ok. Clean. Everything was run down. Door had to be slammed shut to lock it. Bathtub had a large crack that was repaired. Didn’t finish painting. Lights burnt out

Bad OPPortunity

There didn’t really seem to be any management onsite. Several men smoking in the parking lot. Adjoining room when we didn’t ask for one. Difficulty with key cards—reader on door may have been malfunctioning. I just didn’t feel safe here.

Hello ma'am , There are lot of guest who stays here and we also offer non-smoking rooms so some of the guest who smokes may smoke outside the premise and that is not our responsibility to restrict them from doing so if they are doing so in premise near any non smoking room you are most welcome to inform us we will definitely take action against them also ma'am you are most welcome to request us at the office you didn't inform us about any of the issue. There are lot's of other hotel options in opp. Any request regarding the room is accepted at the front desk of our hotel and we make sure to provide a better service to each stay.
