I have stayed in hotels all over the world, even third world countries. I have never stayed in a hotel in the United States that was as filthy, unkept, and understaffed as this one. There is black mold in the bathroom. When I hung up my washcloth over the bathtub faucet to dry, I came back to see a completely rusty washcloth. Rust is literally coming out of the pipes. The carpet is so filthy and damaged, I've just never seen anything like it. There's so understaffed that when I went to check out, no one was at the counter. When I inquired a woman that worked there told me that there's only one person behind the counter and that she does multiple jobs and I would just have to wait.I waited 15 minutes before I left. Terrible place to stay for the money spent!!!!

Everything was good. Elevator a little scary though

The pool and the hot tub were ice cold. But the staff was friendly and the room was spacious
