Nice hotel with amazing breakfast buffet. But on the II side, you have to negotiate 3 sets of stairs which is a challenge with luggage. Also, no fan in the bathroom so it fogged up a lot

The hotel is located in a handy position for getting about to different restaurants. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, the wellness area with the sauna with the most incredible view - not to be missed.
Great breakfast buffet with lots of choice and catering to all sorts of dietary requirements.
My only negatives…our room was rather small and felt in need of renovation. It was comfortable but the carpet was a bit tatty and had marks on it. Perhaps there are plan to improve this part of the hotel.
Also not ideal having loud, live music that went on until midnight. Sleeping was troublesome during that those evenings!
The pool bar closed at 5 which we felt was a little early given how many people were still around the pool area.
A great place to visit and despite a few niggles, we would return. Perhaps to a different room!

This hotel definitely needs an overhaul. The carpets were dirty and threadbare and the decor totally dated. The staff at the front desk were cold. The only saving Grace was the breakfast buffet - it was best I’ve ever experienced.

After the initial issue with the air con in our family room was resolved we had a lovely stay. The staff and in particular the manager were very nice.

Honesty. I was accidentally overcharged, and later in the day when they caught the error it was immediately fixed. I would have never known, if not for their honesty.
