"The receptionist was great even though arrived in the middle of the night he had everything ready for me !!! "

"The staff were very rude, "hotel" was a glorified hostel. Not clean, didn't feel safe due to people hanging around outside door until early hours of the morning. Will definitely not be back and would not recommend anyone stays there."

"Perfect location for Le Shuttle, with ample on site parking. Excellent pool and facilities, and friendly efficient service in the convenient and good quality restaurant. Family room was large and well equipped but chilly (December) - perhaps some rooms/corridors need modernising to the standard of the very smart reception area etc. But would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Wonderful converted chateau, in a wonderful location twenty minutes from the Calais Chunnel entrance, so ideal for pre or post Chunnel stay over. High quality restaurant, and great ambiance."
