This is by far the most terrible hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was colder than outside, the heating was not working, and it was not very clean.

Homeless people were there, didn't feel safe. And outside it smells so bad.

The property is near stops and we had to leave room window open because AC unit was broken. The room smelled bad, and was not cleaned properly. When we asked for a different room we were told there was no other rooms. It was late and we were tired, so we didn’t fight for the change. In the morning the toilet backed up and we couldn’t use it. Had to leave to the truck stop.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t like that there were cigarette butts lying around. Other than that we had a good night stay.

My bathroom towel was covered in lipstick and soiled. The manager did not offer any resolution.
