So disappointed. This place used to be so much nicer. The room smelled musty and rhe bathroom wasnt clean. I went sbd bought cleaning supllies so it wasnt disgusting. The air conditioner was so loud i couldn't even hear the airplanes anymore. And it didnt even work. It was stuck at 77 degrees.The freezer in the mini-fridge was so loud it sounded like a monster!

These were probably the most comfortable pillows and bed I have ever slept in and with exception of the neighboring noise, because there is no insulation between the walls.It was a great stay.

It was perfect. The staff during my stay was spot on. The room was very nice and the bed comfy. I used the yoga room, gym and swam my lap in the pool, all of which were clean and well kept. I could not have asked for anything more. I absolutely appreciated the 24/7 shuttle service from the airport and how easy it was to schedule shuttle service back to the airport. I liked the 15 minute walk to the convention center because it allowed me a little exercise after long days of sitting at meetings. I will never stay in the hotels I've chosen before. Thank you for a most excellent stay and a BIG thank you to the front office staff. You made me feel like I was home.
