I have shared your feedback with both our Maintenance and housekeeping team as a way to prevent future issues are occurring. I am also excited to let you know that we have a full remodel scheduled for the beginning of 2025. I hope you will come back and give us another chance at that point.

The accomodations we stayed in was actually a two bedroom apartment. Two bedrooms, full kitchen with all utensils, and three TVs. The price was great.

Could not get into room door was broken. Sent housekeeper to open. Didn’t speak English so he just hit the door. Still doesn’t work

Older property. Staff doing the best they can with a place that is due for an update. Quiet, near airport super close to two freeways. Acceptable food in area. Possibly walkable to Ontario convention center. 2 min (literally) to Starbucks or In n out.
