Condition of room was as we've come to expect for Holiday Inn, clean and crisp. No funny smells, non functioning devices or any neglect of cleanliness. Only complaint is the super plush pillows that collapse to nothing- some firm ones on hand in the room would have been ideal.

staff and all that was great. The people above me slamming on the roof til midnight after an 11 hour drive was not cool. Also i was disappointed to not have waffles for breakfast.

Thank you for the feedback. We are not permitted to use waffles in our breakfast area, but we do have delicious pancakes.
