Ontario hotel rooms a the Best Western

"I had read the note on the desk that housekeeping service would be provided every third day of my stay, but the team refreshed my room every day (and I was only there 4 days), so I felt very well taken care of. Very responsive, kind front desk, team, too. The only notice I would provide is that THERE IS NO ICE MACHINE ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THIS HOTEL, which, of course, the floor that my room was on. I was exhausted and was a little frustrated to be told that I had to either take the elevator to the lobby or to THE THIRD FLOOR in order to get ice. I am a senior, and I think Radisson should revisit this issue for this particular hotel. Other than that, my stay was fine, met expectations. "
