"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "

"Great communication from owner before & after stay. property was clean, but tired in places. We were heading to Alton Towers so was a perfectly good place for 1 night at a reasonable price. "

"West Coast trains had been severely disrupted and I could get to Crewe but no further, and there was no certainty the rail staff were going to be able to help several hundred people at a late hour. This is convenient, modern and extremely good value. I had a good night's sleep. Check it out whether or not you are going to be delayed!!"

"Lovely welcome from reception, easy free parking .Added bonus of swimming and spa pool,again with super friendly and helpful staff , offer of fresh fruit after swim which was a nice touch . Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the team at Josiah's Brasserie. Sofa beds in the family room were not particularly great for older children. If we were to return we would elect for interconnecting rooms instead of a family room. "
