"Absolutely loved this place. We had a one-bedroom with interior balcony that served as an extra sitting room when our son was using the sofa bed. Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfortable, washer/dryer worked well. (There are user manuals online for every appliance.) Staff is lovely and there’s always someone available. We were there nine nights, will probably be back. "

"Great location and lots of space to relax. Only thing that could be improved is that there was no mirror in the bedroom so had to do my hair in the kitchen area which wasn't ideal. No full length mirror anywhere in the suite. Apart from that, it was fantastic. Staff were really helpful and friendly."

"The location of the hotel is in a not-so busy area of London, I believe it's considered the financial district. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Very walkable to tower bridge and some local restaurants. I loved the hotel because I could not hear my neighbours and slept well. I also like that the bed is firm. "Rooms feel like you are in a dungeon or bunker. Unable to open window otherwise the business office can look into your room. Bed is super comfy. It's a good place to sleep since it's very dark. Stayed on the 2nd floor. "

"Lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were helpful and everything was clean. Couple of negative things. 1. The walls in the rooms look like they are in the middle of a renovation. Cracks and dry wall patches galore. Apparently, according to the front desk it’s Croatian Chic. But, it just looks like they were too lazy to finish or ran out of money. 2. The design of the shower stall is extremely poor with water pouring under the shower door into the rest of the bathroom. "

Not allowing somebody else to check-in the guest is insane (for groups couples, friends and assistants), and also sending an automated message via the app saying the guest needs to email directly but then not providing an email address sums it up. "Nice place for a quick stop over. I knew there would be no window, but there was nowhere to sit, nowhere to put anything like a desk and the floor was tiled so very cold. Problems checking in as seems like they don't accommodate bookings booked through other portals. Had to wait in a queue to speak to someone + key card machine was broken so had to be escorted to my room."

"It was our very first time at the Langham, yet we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in, as one would expect if a frequent visitor. We were surprisingly updated to a 1 bedroom suite and this made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. On top of all this the location of the Langham is just perfect to easily get around on foot. Overall a 5 star stay and a very well done to all the staff."
