"Our first stay at the Tudanca, Miranda de Ebro, did not disappoint. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and went that further mile to assist my husband, who has some walking difficulties. I have seen elsewhere bad reviews, especially concerning the meals, but those reviewers must have mistaken the Tudanca for another hotel, as our meals were cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Definitely on our revisit list."

Local restaurant was closed this time of year, which was a shame as it’s really good food and good value but the owner pointed us to a place about 9 km away and the food was good and dogs were welcome. "Great hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful views of the valley and griffon vultures circling above the cliffs opposite. No restaurant meals on Wednesday as the chef has a day off but the bar menu was a fine alternative. It's a bit tricky to reach the hotel as the village's roads a very narrow and steep but it's not a problem with a little care."
