"Epacha could be used as an African Lodge in a movie set. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The reception/dining area was enormous with plenty of elegant touches. The staff were as helpful and attentive as they could be. I highly recommend it. Visitors should be aware, though, that Epacha is some distance from Etosha - around 50 kilometres from the Anderson Gate. "

"We stayed after two days in Etosha park, looking for somewhere close to the exit. The location is excellent, just a few km from the gate. Our room was large, with a massive bathroom, and was very clean and functional. It had a small patio, which was nice to have an outdoor area, although not much to look at from there except trees. "Die beste Unterkunft unseres Namibiaurlaubs. Marianna und Piet waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die alles für das Wohlergehen meiner Freundin und mir gegeben haben. Das inkludierte Frühstück und Abendessen fiel sehr reichhaltig aus und war absolut lecker (ihr solltet nach dem Kürbis in Zucker fragen!!!). Das Gasthaus ist eine Oase in der zur Zeit sehr trockenen Gegend, die voller Charme und Erinnerungen steckt. Für Exkursionen jeglicher Art kann ebenfalls gesorgt werden."

"Lovely location. Spacious rooms spread out overlooking Etosha. Food ok, buffet expensive for dinner especially when they rundown the options towards the end of the sitting. We had to ask them to make more of a chicken dish as we don’t eat red meat. Staff on the whole very good, although the lunch time crew seemed disinterested when we arrived at 2pm. Breakfast much better. Rooms could do with a refresh. "

"Stunning lodge a little off the beaten track but so worth the effort! The location by the watering hole with the resident rhino and regular animals is amazing. The staff are fabulous and so helpful. The rooms are total luxury and feel so relaxing to sit and watch the weather and environment. They give you an extra key for the air conditioning as the tent gets hot. Food was very good and plentiful. We loved it - the safari drive was amazing and we saw so many animals- just a sore bottom after 7...
