Absolute life savers
Posted 24 Jun 2023 on HotelsOur flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! We can’t thank Edin enough for saving our holiday !!! We would have loved to have thanked Edin personally and express our gratitude, we hope he gets the credit he deserves. Grazie Mille

Overall a very pleasant stay

Biggest grumble came from my old parents whose handicapped room which had a wet room and toilet which flooded and they were trapped at the end of a corridor and had to ring reception each time they needed to be let out,
