This was a very poorly run place. It was not clean at all, door frames were rusty, paint was poor, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was crusty things on the carpet, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned, all drains were very slow, the tub had a dirt ring in it, the carpet transitions were loose. The north exit door would not open from the inside and the swipe key would not open it from the outside. The hotel person had to open it then prop it open to be used. We have stayed in other Wyndom hotels and Super 8’s and had no issues. I was even extorted for $30.00 cash because we wanted a 1st floor room instead of a 3rd floor room due to my wife’s limited walking due to cancer. I did post this request on Expedia’s reservation form, I guess no one bothered to read it. I hope someone takes time to respond to this post.
