We like the place and the food. The staff during our check in is nice. We asked the night shift staff if we can do late check out and he said we can but upto 1pm only. That’s fine with us. Around 1130 someone knocked on our door irritatedly said that we are supposed to check out at 11. We explained that we nicely asked for a late check out. The woman got mad and raised her voice at us saying that they were not informed and that’s not allowed. She wore a black/dark blue polo shirt same as with the other housekeeping who knocked on our door earlier that day. We hurriedly checked out and found a different person in the front desk. We told her what the other lady did and she said that it was noted that we requested a late check out and just offered an apology. If it is not allowed then we understand but she doesnt have to shout.

I like that the kitchenette had dishes but the sink was backing up which made it hard to clean them. Pool and hot tub were nice but pool seemed like it needs cleaning.

This is a nice hotel if you haven’t stayed at other Home2’s. Had a nice experience just didn’t quite compare to other home2’s I’ve stayed at

The staff was nice enough, yet unhelpful to fix any issues with my room(s) excerpt to move me to a new rom. First of all the AC unit in my first room was so loud and seemed unable to get the temp at 68. The bathroom had a lot of fixture failures; tp dispenser was not secure on the wall, the shower spigot did not work so most of the water went down the bottom faucet (wasteful and low shower pressure) and the wand holder was broken. After the first night, I said something to the front desk in front of the maintenance person about all these broken things in the room, and their solution was to move me so the second room which had almost all the same issues in the bathroom only the spigot was worse and barely put any water out the showerhead, but the AC was very quiet and it actually worked in the bedroom portion of the room. The room they moved me to was an apartment unit, so there is a living room and kitchenette and then there’s a door that you can shut between the bathroom and the bedroom so I was able to block it off but the “AC”unit in the main room did not work at all it was 82 to 85° in there all the time so I had to keep the doors shut to keep my bedroom cool. I complained again to the front desk the next morning about the spigot being awful and could they send the maintenance person up to fix it while I was gone for the day. When I returned, it did not appear to be any better than it was when I left. I was in Omaha for a job that was physically demanding so too tired
