Everything was great. There was a booger on the wall when we got there, but everything else seemed pretty clean 👍

Hotel was quiet & in a convenient location. Not much interaction with staff. I did not utilize the facilities like the pool, gym, or even morning breakfast.

We had a lovely two-night stay with a very comfortable bed and cushy pillows. The facility was very clean and breakfast was the typical hotel fare. My only concern—and it could be a big one for some travelers—was the absence of a bath mat in the extremely slick tub. I’m still relatively agile but was so concerned about slipping and falling that I lay a towel on the floor of the tub in order to have a toehold. It seems a good idea to provide bath mats for those travelers who want/need them.

My party and I were about to relax after a long day's drive from Colorado when we saw a bedbug on the chair and one on the bed. We requested a new room and was granted one, but the tub had a crack in it, so it was not usable. We were told we could use the shower from the first room as we still had the keys to it. Also the tv did not work correctly in the first room. No TV signal. We managed to get the cost of the room reimbursed. Unfortunately, they have lost any future business from us, at least for that location.
