If you are used to motels, you will like this place. Needs a little TLC. First out reservation was incorrect, but they pointed out “they could fix it for me”, but they had it incorrect!! Was clearly In my Hilton app what the reservation was. Breakfast was less than average and even things that you might think look good, ham and cheese omelet, were not! Then to charge for parking in an open parking lot?!? Just raise the room rates!

We love an embassy suites but this one was Definitely a little run down. And they charge for parking in the middle of Omaha?

The rooms need to be updated. It was horrible brown and orange. They had a breakfast bar but didn't have bacon.

The staff was amazing. Our check in manager was the best. She took care of us in the best way possible. I would highly recommend this location to anyone want a excellent stay with all the accommodations.
